Diary Manager

Enterprise 6 has an integrated diary environment, for fast, effective working.

Events, tasks and appointments appear as panes in a single window and can be quickly navigated, using daily, weekly or monthly views.

You can choose whether to use a graphical user interface that displays the days of the week in columns going across the page, in a weekly view, and the days of the month in a grid.

Alternatively, you can work with hierarchal lists that you can quickly collapse and expand.

Task, event and appointment scheduling
Enterprise 6 lets you store data for an unlimited number of contacts within a company - and if they work for more than one company, you can link the same contact record to them.
You can record home details, relatives and so on - so if you work in a person-centred industry like recruitment, Enterprise 6 is ideal for you.
Business alerts
Enterprise 6 records company hierarchies and can link different sites together. Just one click will take you to parent and subsidiary companies and credit checking can encompass the whole organisation.

Group calendaring and collaboration
Enterprise 6 not only lets you manage your own diary, but those of colleagues or workgroups, assuming that you have access rights to do so.
And you can use it to schedule time for essential non-human resources too - equipment, meeting rooms, vehicles and so on.
