Contacts
Enterprise 6 lets you store data for an unlimited number of contacts within a company - and if they work for more than one company, you can link the same contact record to them.
You can record home details, relatives and so on - so if you work in a person-centred industry like recruitment Enterprise 6 is ideal for you.

Branches, departments and subsidiaries
Enterprise 6 records company hierarchies and can relate different sites. Just one click will take you to parent and subsidiary companies and credit checking can encompass the whole organisation.

Diary Manager
Enterprise 6 has an integrated diary environment, for faster, more effective working. Events, tasks and appointments appear as panes in a single window and can be quickly navigated, using daily, weekly or monthly views.
You can choose whether to use a graphical user interface that displays the days of the week in columns going across the page, in a weekly view, and the days of the month in a grid. Alternatively, you can work with hierarchal lists that you can quickly collapse and expand.


Task, event and appointment scheduling
The multi-user diary organiser can be used for schedules, tasks and events. It can even be used for scheduling non-human resources such as rooms.

Business alerts
Generate your own direct mail and manage mailing lists.
Handle fax, email and SMS campaigns.

Data Lists
We all need lists - prospect lists, call lists, mailing list - the list, if you'll pardon the phrase, goes on. Enterprise 6's Data List Manager lets you handle all of them quickly and easily through a floating palette. Just drag a record to you list to add it, or remove it just as fast. And one click lets you see all the records in your list.
And for those lists that continually change as data goes on the system or as the hours and days go by (for example one for your credit controller), there are dynamic rule-based lists. The rules can be as simple or as complex as you like - there are virtually no limits - and Enterprise 6 will update your list automatically.

Set Manager
Need a selection of records for a sales report or a mailshot? Enterprise 6's Set Manager lets you save sets of records, combine sets, and find those records that they do or don't have in common.


Selection manager
We often need to move backwards and forwards between lists of data yet most systems won't let you do this. Enterprise 6 does! Its Selection Manager means that any open window 'remembers' up to 50 different selections of records (you can name them if you like) and lets you quickly move between them.
