Daybook CRM is a sophisticated CRM system, that handles marketing control, sales support (including enquiries, orders, quotations and campaign management), customer service and help desk, contact management, scheduling and workflow. It is fully integrated with Daybook Financials, a comprehensive set of multicompany, multicurrency, multientity accounts. Many standard office functions, such as word-processing, email and SMS messaging are also integrated.

There are also specialised volumes to handle events, publishing and recruitment and other functions and a scripting language for adding special functionality. You also have very sophisticated information-gathering and reporting.
