There are beautiful built in tools for users to search for information, we make it easy for them to understand how to get for example a list of companies relating to sales of a product or group of products. When you need to be able to create and remember complex queries these can be stored and named for easy execution at later dates, there are a host of ways to add value to your data in system to enable extended searching such as the ability to create(and auto-populate) fields of information on records • Produce stylish output reports. Its easy for users to print a stylish report of Data from the system using our quick reporting tools to create tabulated reports which can include calculations and subtotal informaton. Such reports can be stored for constant re-use •For slicker 'one click' reports available to all users you can create(or we can create for you to specification)using report templates. • Extract information from the system. Using ODBC you can connect into Daybook right from Excel to display live data from the system. Timed or manually triggered reports can be written using our unique scripting features which give you full access to build data reports and send the information to Disk or other systems. There really is no limit to what can be achieved. There are also a significant number of built in ready to run reports from the system covering everything from company printouts to VAT listings. |
