Data Lists
We all need lists - prospect lists, call lists, mailing list - the list, if you'll pardon the phrase, goes on. Enterprise 6's Data List Manager lets you handle all of them quickly and easily through a floating palette. Just drag a record to your list to add it, or remove it just as quickly. And one click lets you see all the records in your list.
And for those lists that continually change as data goes on the system or as the hours and days go by (for example one for your credit controller), there are dynamic rule-based lists. The rules can be as simple or as complex as you like - there are virtually no limits - and Enterprise 6 will update your list automatically.
Set Manager
Need a selection of records for a sales report or a mailshot? Enterprise 6's Set Manager lets you save sets of records, combine sets, and find those records that they do or don' t have in common.
Selection manager
We often need to move backwards and forwards between lists of data yet most systems won't let you. Enterprise 6 does! Its Selection Manager means that any open window 'remembers' up to 50 different selections of records (you can name them if you like) and lets you quickly move between them.
